Refund Policy

1. All Sales Final — No Refunds

All sales are final. Elite Peptides does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, store credit, or replacements on any product, in any circumstance, once an order has been placed. By completing checkout, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts this policy in full and waives any right to request a refund or return.

2. Reasoning

Our products are temperature-sensitive research compounds. The integrity, sterility, and stability of these compounds cannot be guaranteed once they have left our controlled facility. We have no way to verify that returned product has been transported, handled, or stored under appropriate conditions. To protect future customers and to maintain the integrity of our supply chain, returned product cannot be accepted, inspected, or resold under any circumstances.

3. No Refunds Include (Without Limitation)

  • Change of mind, accidental orders, duplicate orders, or wrong product selected;
  • Delays, inspections, holds, requests for prescription, or seizures by Australia Post, the Australian Border Force, or any other authority;
  • Parcels marked as delivered but not located by the customer;
  • Parcels lost, damaged, returned to sender, or destroyed in transit;
  • Incorrect shipping address, incomplete address, or failure to collect from a carrier collection point;
  • Customer dissatisfaction with research outcomes, results, or perceived efficacy;
  • Any change in personal circumstances after the order is placed;
  • Any change in law, regulation, or guidance affecting the customer's ability to lawfully possess the product after dispatch.

4. Order Errors

In the unlikely event that we ship an incorrect product (i.e. a different SKU than the one ordered), the customer must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence of the labelling. Resolution in such cases is offered solely at our discretion and may include shipping the correct item; this does not constitute a refund of the original purchase.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this policy constitutes a breach of the terms agreed at checkout. We reserve the right to recover all costs, fees, and losses incurred as a result of any unjustified chargeback, to refuse future service to the customer, and to provide all relevant order, shipping, and communication records to the payment processor and any relevant authority.

6. Non-Excludable Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any breach of a non-excludable right is limited, at our option, to supplying the goods again.
