Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Method & Timeframe
All orders are dispatched via standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of approximately 7 business days from the date of dispatch, Australia-wide. Tracking information is automatically issued to the email address provided at checkout once your order leaves our facility.
2. Dispatch Times
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed; actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, regional distribution issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
3. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. We do not ship internationally. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address details supplied at checkout.
4. Customs, Inspection & Australia Post
Important notice: All shipments containing research compounds are subject to inspection by Australia Post, the Australian Border Force, and other regulatory bodies at their sole discretion. There is an inherent risk that a parcel may be:
- Held, opened, or inspected during transit;
- Delayed pending review by Australia Post or other authorities;
- Subject to a request for proof of prescription or other supporting documentation; or
- Seized, destroyed, or returned to sender without notice.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these risks in full. Elite Peptides is not liable for any parcel that is delayed, inspected, seized, destroyed, returned, or otherwise interfered with by Australia Post or any government authority. No refund, replacement, store credit, or compensation will be issued in respect of any order affected by such action. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their purchase complies with any laws applicable to them.
5. Lost or Damaged Parcels
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. We strongly recommend that customers monitor their tracking number. If a parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer must lodge an enquiry directly with Australia Post in the first instance. Claims relating to damaged parcels must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence of the damage to both the outer packaging and the contents.
6. Free Shipping Threshold
Free standard shipping is offered on orders that meet or exceed the threshold displayed at the top of the website. The same 7 business day standard delivery timeframe and conditions in this policy apply to free shipping orders.
